MINISTRIES

Below is a list of ministries that

NCCC has to offer.

Normally, the relationship between the pastor and the board is one of the determining factors in the success of the church, so understanding these duties of the church board members is extremely important for anyone thinking about a career in this ministry.  These are Bishop appointed positions.

NCCC

NCCC
Mother's Board

NCCC Mother's Board, under the leadership of the Church Mother AnnaBelle James, consists of senior mothers who have typically been longtime members of the congregation. The Mother's Board is responsible not only for mentoring and assisting younger women within the church, but also offers support to the pastor and his staff.

The Mother's Board meets regularly to discuss its role within the church and to offer support and encouragement to one another. Meetings usually include prayer and Bible discussion in addition to planning ways to spiritually support the pastor and congregation.

NCCC
Music Department

Auxiliary Leaders

Elder Michael E. Young

Evangelist Kimberly Montgomery Young

Mission Statement:

The music department is to enrich the service, which includes praise, worship and devotion in song.  It is the medium through which the soul and spirit reach out to God in worship and praise with a song.  We are there to assist the worshipers in centering their thoughts upon God.  For those who are not born again, it’s to prepare their hearts for the Holy Spirit to minister to them.

Vision:

To minister in Psalms, Hymns and Spiritual Songs according to Colossians 3:17. The desire is not to just worship during our services, but to realize that worship is a lifestyle, and we must worship everyday.  John 4:23 lets us know that the hour cometh and now is when the true worshipers shall worship the Father in Spirit and in Truth.

NCCC
Ushers

A church usher serves a very important role in the church by creating a welcoming environment and setting the tone for everyone entering the church.
