Lady Patricia
A. Sease

She was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church for five years where she served as Church Secretary and sang on the Friendship Choir. While attending William Penn Senior High School, she met Pastor Sease. They occasionally attended New Holy Chapel Church and traveled around the Harrisburg, Lancaster, and York area as friends. Pastor Sease played the organ for various church services where she would accompany him. Lady Sease gave her life to Christ at the age of 20, during a revival being held at New Holy Chapel.

In 1980 Patricia and Pastor Sease married. After much prayer and seeking God for direction, in 1985 they were blessed with a beautiful baby girl. She was named after Pastor Sease’s beloved grandmother, Geneva. They have another daughter, Tanoue, and five grandsons - Jihad, Jasia, Mike Jr., Anthony, and Malachi. Lady Sease then joined Maranatha COGIC with her husband under the leadership of Elder James W. Smith.

Lady Sease served in various areas of ministry for 19 years, until the Lord called her husband to be a Pastor. Together they founded Abundant Life Ministries in 2005. Abundant Life Ministries merged with Maranatha COGIC in 2012, under the leadership of Pastor Rachel J. Baxter, where Pastor Anthony and Pastor Rachel formed New Covenant Community Church. Bishop Sease is now the Senior Pastor.

Lady Sease was employed by The Pennsylvania Department of State - Election Bureau Division. After 25 years of service, she retired in 2019. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, grandchildren and family. Lady Sease loves the Lord with all her heart and soul.

As of June 14th, 2024, they will be celebrating 44 years of marriage.

Lady Sease has served as the Secretary for the New Covenant Community Church Board of Directors. She is the President of the Women’s Ministry where she has spearheaded for years their annual Spa Day, Conferences, Fashion shows, Fellowships, and Fundraisers, just to name a few. She has also assisted with the Culinary Ministry. She serves humbly beside her husband in every facet of the ministry.

Lady and Bishop Sease have celebrated 16 years in ministry together. The road has not always been easy, but they know God answers prayer. Lady Sease gives Him all the glory and honor because she knows it belongs to Him.

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
